About Grievance And (COL-GRAM)

Campus of Open Learning Grievance Redressal and Management (COL GRAM)

COL GRAM has been envisaged by the Academic Coordinator, OLDC, as a one stop access point for students/learners of COL/SOL regarding any Academic or Administrative query. This setup has been provided to ensure that students/learners find time bound and effective solutions regarding their concerns/problems.

Students can raise queries on the COL GRAM platform regarding PCP Classes and any other query that is Academic or Administrative in nature.

Once a query has been raised, student/learner will be provided with a tracking id to help them track the status of their query/complaint.

Providing resolution/response to the query/complaint will take from 3-5 working days. (onlyworking days are counted).
